Citizen Café is a neighborhood restaurant
that prepares fresh food daily. The café was
opened in June 2008 by Chef Michael MacKay
and his wife Seaen. The driving force behind
the Citizen is to prepare honest food utilizing
locally sourced products. Every item on our
menu is made in-house from scratch. We do
not use msg, preservatives or any other
unnatural food enhancers. Our motto is
“True to Self”. We make and serve the
type of food we enjoy and can stand
behind with confidence.
